Notes and Information

1. Students completing the Phlebotomy program must turn 18 years of age prior to entering PHB 102 - Phlebotomy Practicum.
2. Students must successfully complete ALH 101 - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation prior to PHB 102.
3. Students must maintain a “C” or higher in all courses (ORI 100, ALH 101, ALH 217, MLT 120, PHB 101 and PHB 102).
