Career Opportunities: The graduate in Electrical Engineering Technology will be prepared for entry-level careers in areas such as: Product development and support Technician, Field engineering/service Technician, Test Engineering Technician, Technical documentation, Technical sales/marketing, Telecommunications and wireless systems development and support, Research and development, Quality assurance, Technical documentation, among other similar roles.
Transfer Opportunities: The graduate in Electrical Engineering Technology can transfer to most universities in the country, however the following programs at Southern Illinois University offer a student benefit through a capstone transfer agreement, reducing course requirements for UCC credits and ensuring all JALC courses in this guide are transferred into the programs listed below.
