Students have important rights, and in return, they are expected to uphold the policies, rules, and regulations of the College, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws. Students are responsible not only for the intent of their behavior but also for the impact of their actions. The student conduct policies and processes are designed to provide educational and developmental opportunities while balancing individual rights with the well-being of the JALC community.
