Students will be introduced to the intricacies of managing a treatment room in a professional spa environment. The emphasis will be on the significance of maintaining a professional image and ensuring that the treatment room’s structure and ambiance contribute to a relaxing experience. Participants will learn about the importance of treatment room supplies and products as well as how to organize them efficiently for optimal service delivery. Additionally, the course covers the distinction between single-use items and implements, along with guidelines for preparing the treatment room and advising clients on pre- and post-treatment protocols.
