Prerequisite(s): Valid Illinois Cosmetology License with two years’ experience within last five years.
The primary purpose of the Student Instructor Program is to train the student in the basic teaching skills, educational judgments, proper work habits, and desirable attitudes necessary to obtain licensure and for competency in entry-level positions as an educator or a related career field.
